5. Subscription, Fees, and Payments
- The Service may be offered on a subscription basis
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually)
- Payments are processed via third-party providers
5.1 Billing
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
5.2 Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
5.3 Refunds

- Any data collected from guests via your content
8. Guest Interactions
Our platform enables access to content by third-party end users (“Guests”).
- Guests interact with content at your direction
- We do not control guest behavior or usage
- You are responsible for any data collection practices related to guests

Where you collect personal data from guests, you act as the Data Controller, and we act as a Data Processor on your behalf where applicable.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service (excluding Host Content), including software, design, branding, and technology, are owned by the Company.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our platform
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use our branding without permission
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
